Questions
Can I deliver this to my own clients?
Yes — that is the model. Partners install and support BOB for their clients, using their own branding and their own commercial terms.
What do I have to build myself?
The workflows, data model and skill library come assembled. What you bring is the client relationship and the judgment about which parts of their business to systematise first.
Couldn't a competent developer just build this?
In a few weeks, largely yes. Almost nobody does, because it is several hundred small decisions that are only obvious once you have made them wrong — where a lost deal is filed, what happens when two notes disagree, whether a workflow may send an email without asking. What you are buying is the settled version.
What support does a partner get?
Onboarding for the partner, then documented workflows the partner uses to onboard their own clients. Support scales through the partner, not around them.
What is the ongoing cost to my client?
The system is owned, not rented. The running cost is the client's own AI usage, which they pay directly to the model provider and can see and cap themselves.
