Watches a Google-Drive `.xlsx` activity log, detects what changed since the last check, and appends one dated row to the **## Check Log** table of a tracking TaskNote — so a manager gets a running, at-a-glance history without opening the sheet. Purpose-built for the standard GBL intern activity-log workbook (Work Log / Blockers & Questions / Learning Log tabs) but driven entirely by caller-supplied parameters.
