bob-install
The acting half of the first-run pair. `bob-doctor` detects and reports what a machine is missing; `bob-install` is what fixes it. Keeping them apart is deliberate — `bob-doctor` is contractually read-only so it is always safe to run first, and that guarantee would be void if it also installed.
